LEADERSHIP

 

JOHN KOWALCHIK

President and CEO of Wornick Foods. He brings over 30 years of general management, operations and business development experience in the packaged foods industry from a number of companies including Frito-Lay, Boston Popcorn Company, and Sherwin-Williams Company. In addition to various roles leading the company's Supply Chain functions, throughout his 14 year tenure with the company, John has led Wornick’s strategic growth initiatives to diversify the business from its roots as a government contractor of field feeding rations to a leading supplier of convenience driven foods.

 

DUSTIN MCDULIN

Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Wornick Foods. He brings more than 20 years of financial and manufacturing experience and has held the position of CFO & Treasurer for eight years. Dustin manages the Finance, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and IT departments along with external financial and accounting relationships. He is also the Baxters North American CFO and manages the Canadian finance department.

 

RANDY NEWBOLD

Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Wornick Foods. He brings over 20 years of marketing, finance and general management experience in the packaged foods industry from manufacturing companies like Sara Lee and Hillshire Farm. Randy manages the company's communication and growth strategies including those supporting Wornick's military business where the company has been a leading supplier of field feeding rations for the past 35 years.

 

JACK FIELDS

Vice President of Contract Manufacturing at Wornick Foods. He brings over 30 years of manufacturing management, business development and contract manufacturing experience from companies like Hormel Foods, Armour Dial and Sara Lee Foods. Jack is responsible for managing strategic account relationships with contract manufacturing customers.

 

DOUG HERALD

Vice President of Manufacturing at Wornick Foods. He brings over 26 years of experience in the food industry working with companies such as Sara Lee Foods and Zwanenburg Food Group USA. He began his career at Wornick in 1994 as Warehouse Manager and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the Warehouse, Maintenance, and Operations. In 2013, after successfully incorporating TPS (Toyota Production System) into Wornick Foods, Doug was promoted to Vice President of Manufacturing. Throughout his career Doug has worked hard to make a difference in the lives of people that he has worked with utilizing the servant leadership style to drive deep employee engagement and continuous improvement.
