Wornick Foods Executive Team

Jon Geisler

President and CEO of Wornick Foods, a position he has held since 2007.  Jon has more than twenty years experience working in a variety of areas including quality assurance, operations and military food solutions at Wornick.  He has been integral in developing Wornick's commercial growth through co-manufacturing and foodservice solutions.  He serves on the Boards of the MRE Research & Development Association and The Wornick Company.

Michael Hyche

Vice President of Operations of Wornick Foods.  He has worked in all aspects of the company's operations, including running the McAllen, Texas Assembly operation for ten years prior to consolidation.  He has served in numerous roles including VP of Business Development for the company's Military business.  Michael's current efforts focus on continuous improvement, quality assurance and employee engagement in all of Wornick's facilities.  Michael has served on the Board of the Research & Development Association.

Dustin McDulin

Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Wornick Foods.  He brings more than fifteen years of financial and manufacturing experience and has held the position of CFO & Treasurer for three years.  Dustin manages the finance and IT departments and external financial and accounting relationships.  He and his wife are actively involved with the Boys & Girls Club of Butler County.

John Kowalchik

Senior Vice President of Business Development at Wornick Foods.  He brings twenty-five years of general management, operations and business development experience at a number of food manufacturing companies including Frito-Lay and Edward's Baking Company.  In addition to various roles leading the company's Supply Chain functions, John has led the company's commercial business development efforts for its co-manufacturing and foodservice segments.  John currently is responsible for all aspects of the sales and marketing of Wornick's business segments and new product development.
